We hold ourselves to it first
Before we ask any owner to meet a standard, we built it twice. This page documents the fit-out of our own studios in Sibiu — and it is the measure for every apartment that wants to join.

The building
Old town, thick walls, an own entrance from the stairwell. Location and substance are the two things no fit-out can add later — which is why they are the first things we check on any apartment offered to us.
The fit-out
The money goes where guests put their hands: the mattress, the shower, the light to read by. Decoration ages in photographs; comfort is what books the second stay.
The technology
A lock we control remotely, with codes that change for every stay. Fast Wi-Fi. One calendar behind every channel — and each night priced by our own engine, not by a default. All of it runs on Smahoma, our own management software.
The operation
Hotel-grade linen, a full changeover after every departure and a photographed inspection, so damage is found the same day. The part guests never see and always feel.

It does not need to look like this on day one. It needs what cannot be added later: the right location, its own entrance, honest substance. Locks, linen, pricing and process are ours to bring — walls and plumbing are not.
